The first location of the church was constructed in 1938 on the corner of Euclid and Meade Street North, dedicated to the patronage of St. Andrew, the Apostle of Ukraine.
Blessing of the site for the new church at the corner of Euclid and Maple occured in 1955, with the new church officially opening June 15, 1958 by His Grace Metropolitan Hermaniuk.
